Nicolas is a young rider with an immense amount of talent and potential. His talent in the time trial is already evident with a number of good results in the discipline while racing as an amateur.

Nic surprised many though with some strong climbing at the Tour de Boland in 2014 which resulted in a GC victory. This result opened Nic’s eyes up to the possibility of concentrating on becoming a tour rider and also secured him a spot on the MTN-Qhubeka pro team half way through 2014, while he was still racing for the MTN-Qhubeka feeder team.

Nic will have very little pressure on his shoulders in 2015 as he continues his development as a professional rider.
