Numerous WorldTour teams were interested in Kristian but he decided to sign for Team MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung again because of his love of Africa and the support he receives from the team.
Kristian was our most consistent rider in 2014 securing no less than 22 top 10 placings. Kristian is fast becoming one of the worlds leading sprinters with that big win surely just around the corner. Kristian would share the podium with the likes of Mark Cavendish and Elia Viviani in 2014 but the Italian is not settling for anything less than the top step of the podium in 2015. Kristian was also part of the 2014 Vuelta a Espana team where he netted 2 top 10 placing’s in stage sprints.
