Biography
Brad joined the team as an 18 year old. Through his childhood he was always active, playing soccer, hockey and canoeing. He started cycling at 11 and finished third in his first race. He describes that moment as being bitten by the cycling bug.
Brad describes the bicycle as his passion and his life. He is known for his selfless service towards teammates. 2013 was a testing year for him when illness and crashes prevented him from starting several key events but he’s got through them to get to 2014 motivated to have a great year.

What has been your best moment on bike?
Competing at the World Team Time Trial Championships.
Who has had the most influence on your cycling career and why?
My Dad, as he was there when I started cycling at age 12 and has always supported me in my sport.
Rider you most admire and why?
I don’t have a particular rider but admire and respect the work done by the domestiques in the race.
If you were not a professional cyclist what would you be doing right now?
I think I would have found myself doing something else involving sport or the environment. I like to be active and outdoors.

Any other secret talents besides cycling?
I am a fairly good runner and paddler. I was also one of the best Juniors in my Province for Bass Fishing.
